How to List Groups

To display a list of all groups in Push Boss Pro™, click on “List Groups” in the “Groups” sub menu.

You can use the search box to locate a specific group or group of groups. You can also sort on each column by clicking on the header cell of the column. You can reverse the order by clicking on the header cell a second time.

Two displays are available when listing groups. You can switch back and forth between the different views. You can access the different views by clicking on the button near the top of the page.

The initial view is used to display a list of groups without stats. The next view displays the groups with stats.

The various group view listings provides access to the following features and displays.

List Groups View

Edit Group:
Click on a group name to edit it.

When you click on a group name you will be brought to the edit group page. You will be able to edit the details of the group and save the changes from this page.

Slug:
This is the slug identifier for this group.

Status:
Displays the current status of the group.

AR Messages:
Clicking the AR Messages button for a group will bring you to a page where you can create autoresponder messages and manage them.

Stats:
Click the stats button for the group you would like to display detailed stats for.

Data:
Clicking the data button for a group will allow you to export raw data for it.

Reset:
Clicking the reset button for a group will clear all data and click stats. It’s the equivalent of deleting the group and creating it again as a new group. Except, no autoresponder messages are deleted.

JS Files:
Click the “Download” button to create a zip file containing the needed files to upload to the domain.

Delete:
Clicking the delete button for a group will delete it and all of its saved data.

Quick Stats View

Edit Group:
Click on a group name to edit it.

Slug:
This is the slug identifier for this group.

Status:
Displays the current status of the group.

Subscribers:
Total number of group subscribers.

Revoked:
Total number of revoked subscribers.

Attempted:
Total number of messages deliveries attempted.

Delivered:
Total number of messages delivered.

Failed:
Total number of message delivery attempts that failed.

Clicks:
Total number of clicks by subscribers on messages sent.

Click %:
The percentage of messages clicked compared to total messages delivered.
