To view a groups detailed statistics, follow these steps.
Click on “List Groups” in the “Groups” sub menu.
When the list of groups display, locate the group you would like to view stats for.
Click on the “Stats” button for the group. This will bring you to the statistics pages for that particular group.
The page will display the following statistics and information for the selected group.
Summary Totals:
Displays total counts for active subscribers, revoked subscribers, messages delivered and messages clicked.
Message Click Percentage:
Total number of messages clicked and not clicked expressed as a percentage.
Subscriber Stats Last 30 Days:
Bar chart display of total daily count for new subscribers and revoked subscribers over the last 30 days.
Message Stats Last 30 Days:
Bar chart display of total daily count for messages sent, revoked and sent messages clicked over the last 30 days.
GEO Stats:
Total subscribers displayed for each country. The data is displayed using a world map as well as a in a table.
Browser Type Stats:
Total number of each browser type used by active subscribers is listed in this table.
OS Type Stats:
Total number of each OS type used by active subscribers is listed in this table.
Device Type Stats:
Total number of each device type used by active subscribers is listed in this table.
